I have been a practicing personal injury attorney in the state of Texas for over 20 years. After graduating with my J.D. from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1998, I founded my Fort Worth-based law firm because I believed my clients would benefit most from my independent direction.
Unlike many firms, my staff does not screen potential clients or provide legal advice, every initial conversation is with me personally. Whether a case involves modest damages or multiple millions of dollars, each client receives the same level of attention, as if they were my only client.
While many law firms highlight large default judgments, often uncollected or obtained by others, I focus on results achieved through actual trial work. In a case against one of the world's largest oil companies, I litigated the matter and secured a $32.5 million dollar recovery for my client, ranking among the largest recoveries in Texas in 2025.
I have litigated cases across the country, including in Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, California, Texas, Florida and New York, handling complex matters against some of the largest corporations in the world, represented by top-tier defense firms.

Through my career, I have continually worked to expand my legal knowledge, even fighting for the rights of my clients in courts all over the country. My client experiences range from minor car accident injury cases to majorly complex litigation against some of the largest companies in the world, many of these trial experiences lasting for months against the biggest defense firms in the country.
